Automating Collection of SOA

Hi, there is a 'contact me' form on my website; i am considering adding a automatic generation of a generic soa and populate the fields on the soa with information already entered on the 'contact me' form.

Any issue doing this? Any 'authority' i should confirm doing this with before implementing?
