72 year old female NS, had breast cancer, and last radiation Nov. 2014, takes anastrozole for maintenance, also takes Insulin for diabetes, is on Insulin since her 40s, takes blood pressure meds, which company would take her in NY,or NJ? level.
Most of my companies have 3 year on cancer, Columbia has level for 2 year, however they ask if insulin prior to age 50.
