Who Has Great Term Rates with ROP Option

I'm new in MN and I will be targeting 30-40 year old people that own a home.

I know new home owners or people that refinance will be hit up by all the Mortgage Protection agents and I want to offer a similar product with better rates.

I posted a similar question, but didn't get to many responses.

Any help greatly appreciated.
