I've browsed these forums for many months now, and have gained a vast amount of knowledge. The things I've observed are actually what led me to signing up and creating this thread.
I think that the value I add, as a producer, is worth more than what I'm offered, but just wanted to get some opinion. I will try to give as much relevant information as possible, while keeping everything short.
I work for a retail agency that deals with commercial clients.
I'm in sales, and have been doing so for about a year and a half.
Year 1 production: 1.9m premium / ~190k commiss
