Is It Worth Recruiting New Agents?

I have an MGA contract with the AARP UHC in FL, is it worth the trouble of recruiting and having a downline?

I'm basically a one man shop right now, and was looking into teaching new agents etc..

Anyone had success with recruiting or just take them if they come to you?
