Importance of Car Insurance?

It was the start of the summer my car was parked outside my garage. so i thought to go inside the garage to get all the cleaning tools to clean and wash my car. Suddenly from nowhere a stone came and my new car door window get hit and cracked.

I was so worried that who the hell through that stone.

At that time i was nervous and a friend told me to get the car insurance asap. So i did the car insurance from that day.
