I try my best to get the lead to tell me why they returned the reply card so I will have an idea of what they were looking for. What do you do about the ones who say that it looks like their handwriting, but they just don't remember sending it in? Most of the time I don't get in the house. When I leave I tell the lead if they want to stop people from contacting them they need to quit returning the cards.
