WC - Guarantee Insurance QUESTION

Hi all, I occasionally work with Guarantee Insurance (GIC) and have placed several home care accounts with them. However, it appears their distribution model is through wholesalers and MGAs. They assign various minimum premiums depending on which wholesaler is submitting business. The best I was able to find was a $25k minimum through a wholesaler, however, I understand they can also write as low as $5k and I'm trying to find these wholesalers/MGAs.

If anyone currently uses them, can you pleas help.
