This is actually my first time dealing with this believe it or not (mostly because my T65 clients are satisfied with what they have chosen)
Guy T65 November last year. Chose MAPD immediately because "Plan XYZ is awesome all my friends love it and I can't afford a supplement and I am in great health".
Now he has been diagnosed with cancer and wants a supplement effective July 1st to coincide with start of radiation.
What is the actual process for this? Do I submit PDP app first using trial right SEP, that triggers disenrollment request from MAPD? Or do I have him call Medicare
