I currently have about 400 Medicare Advantage members in my book. In addition, I have a list of another 250 prospects that is people that I have worked with in the past, or at least met. I try to do a good job of helping my members with customer service issues. Every member is called right after their MA plan starts to check in with them and 2 times during the year for members that have been on their plan more than 1 year, including right when AEP starts.
