New to FE. In Ohio. Looking for Advice/Opinions

I have a full time career, but got into selling medicare with UHC on the advice of a friend that has been doing it for several years. I've been at it for about a year and a half and am enjoying it. My main job starts early and ends early, giving me time to work the afternoons (and weekend). It is a nice change of pace for me. I am captive, and this works for me. However, I want to get into FE and in this I do not want to be captive (or at least I am pretty sure I don't).

I've spend about 10 hours reading and searching through posts in the FE forum and reading through the FE columns. Gr
