MA Customer who Never Had his Previous MA Cancelled

I thought that I had seen everything until this. Customer told me a few months back that he was still getting correspondence and phone calls from Humana as if he was still a mb. When I looked on Medicare.gov and called his present MA, both confirmed that he was enrolled in Amerigroup. Humana is even inviting him to their Guidance Centers and supposedly paying for his Rx!! I just looked at my commission statement and realized that I am even still getting paid on him.
