Anyone got a PDF you can send me?- It's nowhere on the agent portal- called up, they said I had to go to the main website- (Why that form is not in the agent portal with all the other forms I'll never know) went there and clicked on every button and it's still not there- They transfer me to supplies/marketing and nobody seems to know the form I'm talking about- It's absoluetly insane...Surely someone here knows the form I'm talking about- anyone got a copy you can send me?
