Long time P&C producer have written a few Sups could do more probably won't... that said I have a quick Question Why do Medicare Part C(Advantage Plans) cost taxpayers more $$$ than Regular Medicare recipients? I remember in the 1980s they were introduced as Private sector cost savers.
