I am trying to buy health insurance in tennessee. I went to the emergency room on 2/15/2017, doctor said muscle strain, but i am sure much worse. Orthopedics wont see me for 3 months, because of no insurance.
I exhausted all local insurance, help ..is this injury still considered pre-existing ?
