I keep running across a company or a plan called Simple PPO. A google search turns up nothing but they apparently are very good at pitching a Zero deductible health insurance plan with really low premiums. My guess is that they are offering a limited benefits plan and not a major medical based plan like United Healthcare STM for example. They don't seem to send out much in the way of email confirmations once people have signed up and customers really don't have much of a clue as to what they have signed up for. Any insight on this would be helpful folks. Thanks in advance.
