Insure.com just released a customer survey ranking the top 15 health insurance carriers according to baby boomers, using the following criteria: 1) customer service, 2) claims handling, 3) value for price, 4) plan to renew, and 5) would recommend.
The full top 15 rankings can be found at the link below, but top 3 were Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Shield of California and Independence Blue Cross (Philadelphia).
