I have been out of the field for a year now (doing fe telesales - it sucks by the way, don't try it!) and am going to be back on the road soon. So I need to get my trunk kit updated for all my carriers. Since Am Con wasn't one of my telesales carriers I didn't really pay attention to their not-so-recent changes. Would someone mind chiming in to give me the highlights?
