Wrote an application on a lady with SLAC on Tuesday afternoon. Got a call back from her later Tuesday afternoon(never good) apologizing profusely and telling me that after mentioning the policy purchase to her daughter, she found out that her daughter had "taken out insurance" on her a couple years earlier. I always ask them who signed the application since the insured wasn't aware of the coverage!
