Humana Disenrollment Letter

I switched a couple from Humana onto a MedSupp, guaranteed issue but the company I placed them with needs the disenrollment letter.

Long story short, I had to go to their home twice, because after the first sale & calling Humana to get the letter, they sent another agent out who scolded them for "cancelling their health coverage", and re-enrolled them. I had to go out a 2nd time to fix the mess. Thankfully now that AEP is over, they can't pull this one again.

Has anyone been through a similar situation, how do I get them to send me/the client a disenrollment letter?
