Hi there! I figure it's about time I joined insurance-forums, so here I am! I'm a British guy living in Palm Springs CA. Started out in this career as a CSR in June 2015, and moved to commercial lines producing in April of this year. I'm at a pretty awesome independent agency, and genuinely love my job.
I'm starting to take the CIC classes online, just did the commercial property course, and anxiously awaiting the results. I absolutely messed up the 40/80/100% extra expense question.
In spare time, I play WoW, sing in a local mens chorus, and drink lots of tea in desert weather.
