Insure.com just released a customer survey ranking the top 15 life insurance carriers by, 1) value for price, 2) customer service, and 3) would recommend.
While the full top 15 rankings can be found at the link below, the top 5 were Voya, State Farm, John Hancock, MassMutual and AIG.
In your opinion, how did these customers do? Know it’s hard (perhaps even trivial) to rank them so generally and that different carriers have different appetites when it comes to various health conditions, but who would generally be your top 3 be for (ie: 50-year-old preferred male) term, whole, UL?
