AARP NY Life Product

How many of you come across prospects who are covered by the AARP NY Life term product? My guess is you are able to replace it on occasion by explaining the need for permanent coverage that can't be cancelled. If insurance companies would create a product similar to AARP NY Life for agent distribution and commissions, do you think you would sell it in appropriate situations? If such a product would have final expense simplified underwriting, rates that are 30 to 50% cheaper than traditional permanent final expense rates, conversion option at say 80 to permanent coverage?
