2016 I've been getting 120 Dm leads weekly

I was only writing a policy on 14% of the lead cards according to my business development manager in my office
I'm torn right now because I may drop down to a flat 400 monthly Dm leads BUT one of my business mentors is advising me to actually increase leads instead of decreasing. 2016 my goal was 800 apps written , I'm gonna miss by a long way sadly. Barely over 700 apps for the year as of today 😢
