Found Out Why I Get So Many Cases Issued GI with GW

Almost every case I submit with Great Western has been issued as a Guaranteed Assurance. I submitted a case last month for a lady who took medication for dementia, but no other issues and she still drove and lived alone. I was sure she would get Assurance Plus. Well I noticed online under my pending cases that it stated NOT TAKEN so I called the company. I was told that if they do not get enough info from the RX check that they will e-mail the doctor that is listed on the application for more details. If the doctor does not respond in 15 days the case is issued as GI. No follow is done w
