According to our local cooperative, Common Ground (this is one of the few remaining surviving coops that recently got an 'infusion' of cash from the government), they just sent brokers a letter saying:
"...our insurance commissioner gave all exchange carriers an opportunity to refile rates after the recent exit of several health insurance carriers from the Wisconsin marketplace. Final rates were recently approved by both the state and federa
