Utah WCF

So I have a question for you guys...been chasing the state fund in Utah (WCF) for almost six years... their marketing rep gives me the run around every year... background we are an agency that writes a lot of heavy construction like excavating, road paving, etc.. we have a very healthy book size with the California state fund as well as a crap ton of package accounts in Utah but a lot we have to send direct to WCF.
