Remicade Part B or Part D

I have a client that has been diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. His doctor wants to prescribe Remicade to be given as an infusion therapy at a outpatient facility. Looking at Remicade's website it appears to me that the infusion treatment should be covered under Part B not Part D. My client called Medicare and they told him it would only be covered under Part D which would make it a Tier 5 medication. Does anyone have any experience with this issue, will it be covered under Part B or D?
