I don't normally run into people with CHF but when I do they're much older. So when I met a 41 year old that had it when he was 39 I had a hard time placing him even with the lookbacks.
With SLAC all his answers would be 'no' (using the FL app, which is different than other states) but he would still be a decline.
With TA he would also be a decline but when he reaches age 45 they would be kind enough to give him their ROP (yea, they call it Graded, I know).
Sooooo.....that being the options I have all I can do for him is a Colombian GI. Does this guy have any immediate benefit options
