Is anyone else having problems with BlueKC? Gorman sucks azz. I did the certification, then go to check my RTS and I have "things outstanding". Do the AML and submit it, wait a week, go back... do the dang AML again remembering the exact same questions. Every problem takes two weeks.
I'm having clients come up as potential enrollees, but I'm keeping it quiet in case I can't get this resolved.
