So lemme break down this little episodic adventure in the making for everyone.
Wrote a nice lady a level simple issue policy 3 months ago. Yesterday I get notice that she made the first 2 payments on the 3rd of the month then all of a sudden she missed it on 9-3-16. My wife runs the admin for me on the final expense business and the lead business...so I sent her the email and handed her the application.
She calls and come to find out an agent...which we now have his name....told her a big fat lie that the simple issue FBL policy was a term LOL. Then he wrote her a transamerica policy.
