Did a search in the Senior Forum for "SEP" and read a bunch of threads but didn't find the answer to my specific question.
I have a new client that moved from Colorado to Arizona as a permanent residence change.
In Colorado they had a Med Supp + PDP and they recently received their dis-enrollment letter from their PDP provider.
I've read the SEP guidelines and it is my understanding that this creates ans SEP so that they could either A) get a replacement PDP OR B) enroll in an MAPD.
