I'm not sure if i'm phrasing this right, but Are there insurance companies that are ACA compliant, that are not on the exchange?
In other words, PPO's or other carriers that are not on the exchange but someone can purchase and get credit for having purchased ACA compliant insurance?
In my state, i believe that all the carriers on the exchange are HMO'S
(i'm in fla), but what about the PPO's?
Are there some carriers that are compliant but not on the exchange?
Forgive the question...just a beginner...and learning.
