I am looking for a new producer to work as a remote field agent in N/E AR & Western TN. We deal almost exclusively in Agribusiness.
Would be willing to discuss ownership in the book produced after a period of time. Ideally, i would like to transition this individual into a role of sales manager to manage a team of producers within a designated territory.
