How Many Staffers Does It Take Per $XX Premium?

We are considering adding another CSR person to the current staff and also realigning our existing book for better efficiency.

Is there a rule of thumb regarding how much volume per staffer a P&C agency should run at? Or X amount of premium per staff hour?
