My IMO only offers TM leads and DM at $395/1000. For months I have ask for a fixed price DM lead and was told it was in the works. Yesterday I found out they will not be made available. Rep states negotiations between the mailhouse and the carriers broke down. What does the carrier have to do with it? If an IMO wants to purchase leads for their agents aren't they allowed to do so?
