Advice Needed on a Crazy Case!!!

I need some advice on a crazy case. I have a 26year old Female, NT that is diabetic (under 100units) with neuropathy, 24mo life expectancy, cancer within 24mo, copd, acute bronchitis, wt is 105, ht is 5'5". This is one crazy case, I thought she was messing with me when, I was pre-qualifying her! I initially thought GI with Gerber, but I am not able to write her my contracts with gerber are for 0-19 , 40-80, I am waiting to hear back from gerber for update on covering her age group. Just curious what are your recommendations are who would you write her with?
