I've always used paper apps for PDP, MAPD and Supp biz with UHC. I recently read that UHC will pay less commission on paper apps for PDP & MAPD. Can anyone share how they are using the Lean and/or electronic apps? How do you handle the scope of appointment form? Thank you in advance!
