Thinking Outside the Box

I have a lady 70 years old with CHF whose UL is on the slow implode. The policy has a 50k face value and she's quite likely to outlive it based on the current trajectory. She currently has around 16k cash value.....Let's hear all the suggestions, even if they are outside of the insurance box.
