I just checked out the Sneak Peak benefits for one of the Texas MA PPOs. One of their counties offers a $0 premium WITH A $99/mo Part B reimbursement. I've never seen anything like that! It also says that there is complete national network reciprocity. Of course, my market doesn't get to share that generosity! But honestly, what would stop a person from claiming an address in that generous county (using relative's address), yet living in a less generous county on the other side of the state? If the network is reciprocal, is there any way that the MA would get wise to it?
