Loss of Medicaid a GI Right for Supp

Client has medicare and Medicaid and wins a lawsuit for negligence by LTC facility. Now she gets a lump sum that makes her ineligible for Medicaid.

Client is 73 and been in Medicaid for awhile, never had a supp.

Is this person eligible for a med sup without underwriting?
