Can anyone recommend an online enrollment platform that can handle a company that is not plan year based? We allow our employees a passive open enrollment period and are looking for a platform that can handle rolling the current elections that are in place on the last day of the plan year into the next plan year without a lot of intervention by the benefits admin. We have currently been looking at a platform that can not handle many life events during the last month of the plan year due to cross plan year effective dates, this is unacceptable.
