I have been set up with these guys for quite a while now but have never used them. There is no reason other than I am happy with my current carriers. How are they to work with? How do they treat their agents and customers? Are new business issues common and a headache to resolve? Are hold times to reach agent or customer service overly long? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
