How Are Rep's at an IMO Paid?

I know, there will be jokers, responding.
Lord knows I have cracked many jokes to questions
on the forum.
I'm ok with that.


Maybe they are paid some form of cash, commission, salary
points, who knows.
Apparently it is an entry level position.

The ones I have dealt with lately seem to not know what insurance
is.

I ask what I feel are simple questions like, what niche does
this companies underwriting have?
