I contracted with 5 Star in 2014 and wrote 3 policies. In early 2015 I was terminated due to lack of production. Got a letter yesterday from 5 Star dated August 8, 2015. It stated that I had a debit balance of $1114.90 and had 31 business days to pay in full. The letter is a year old. I called them only to find out that 1 of the policies lapsed a few months after writing it and 1 man who was issued a policy died within year 1. I never knew about any of this. My FMO says they never received anything or they would have contacted me.
