When to Cut Your Losses on NSFs

Normally, I will give somebody one opportunity after they miss their first draft to either redate, rewrite or double draft. That is, of course, if they missed their first draft.

What do you do with clients that I've been on the books for a while?

Specifically, I have a client that had a $160 a month Transamerica policy. She lapsed 10 months in. I rewrote with Aetna. She lapsed after two months. I rewrote with Aetna again. She lapsed after two months.
