Work around testing mode. One household, family moved one mile away, two apps, one Gold, one CAT, (topic for another day). I took a page from the forum work around missing manual handbook- for example:"answer a question or not, to avoid an issue", such as one spouse taken off policy, other spouse "lost coverage". Knowing that worked, I decided to leave out the "did you move since______" question, which triggers the "what is the new zip code" question.
