I am wondering what everyone is experiencing as their average for how many customers make their first payment and continue to keep the policy.
Do any of you see less customers making payments that have Direct Express? I am really strugging with this aspect of my business and open to suggestions.
I am exclusively telesales and write my direct express with LBL.
My customers with Foresters are awesome! 76% make their first payment, is that good or just average? But - only 68% are making their 13 month payment, im sure thats no bueno!
