Here's the bad news:
1. ANTHEM CT filed rates with NO commissions. Filing higher rate increases including commissions won't happen. Will this effect other Anthem states?
2. With shrinking markets in many states down to 1-3 carriers, who don't want the losing business, will be leaning towards not paying commission.
i know it's a state based exchange, and won't affect many here on this board, but have you ever heard of the "cockroach" theory?
