Why Do Some 2016 Medicare Books Not Have Info About Available Part D and MA/MAPD's?

I used to use it as a handy reference tool, because the senior usually has a hard time finding their MA/MAPD books or threw them away.

Instead there are just blank pages in some Medicare and You Books and not in others.

Is it different carriers who have different reprints? Puzzled.:GEEK:
